Very nice microwave! It looks nice in the kitchen, it's easy to clean and works awesome!

Great microwave. Decent size and plenty of features. So far no complaints.

Nice microwave, used to replace same model that lasted 8 years. Nice unit, but sometimes turntable does not rotate smoothly and cooks very uneven.

I bought this microwave two weeks ago (4/22/22) after our other one gave it up after 9 years of heavy use. Couldn't find one exactly like the one we had but this one was close enough for the size and wattage needed. In the first week of use, I'm finding the touch pad can go wonky on me out of the blue. I push the Cook Time, then set my time, then set my power to 9, then Start and I get a prompt for "Food". I'm not defrosting something. I don't need to designate a food type. I just want to control the time and power myself. This has happened randomly in the last two weeks. If I can't get it to work, reset, unplug it, replug in, then I fall back on the "Express Cook", pick one minute, power down to 9 and Start it, then cancel when I need to if I don't want the full minute. When I try to go back using "Cook Time" sequence, it will work again. So, I'm on the fence about returning it for another one. We'll see how it goes.

Nice looking microwave and user friendly but within 2 weeks of use it started marking Arcing sounds from behind the control panel. May have just got hold of a bad one.....but I returned it for another brand just to be safe. The price was reasonable but maybe... you just get what you pay for.

It went beyond our expectations. Quiet, functions work very well. Looks good and overall quiet for a microwave.

The GE microwave is a classic. This one replaces a similar GE model we purchased 38 years ago. It is quieter and has more “express” features than its predecessor.

Easy to install, better than a builder-grade microwave.

It is powerful, spacious inside, quick and easy to use.

I've owned several microwave ovens over the years and know my way around an oven. Having said that, I unequivocally aver that this is one of the easiest to operate microwave ovens in the market. The quality is peerless and can stand up to the roughest use by children. Hurrah GE.

This microwave is great, but I will say the only issue is that shortly after a few uses the plastic covering on the buttons started to bubble up. Other than that it is a large and efficient microwave.

I like the look & style. Nice full size microwave. Nothing compares to my 30 yr Kenmore microwave but this one is a nice replacement so far.

We bought this because our previous microwave that had lasted us over 15 years finally bit the dust right before Thanksgiving in 2021. So we were in a rush and bought one that was slightly bigger and supposedly better. The thing has worked great right up until it no longer works. Two days ago I started to warm up some soup and it started and would just turn off. Then it immediately it decided to toss up "FOOD" on the screen, Well after looking up the code it says to open and close the door to make sure that the code clears up because it is registering that nothing has been put inside the microwave. Then I get a "PF" code right after that when doing the trouble shooting steps and open and close the microwave and restart. Well that started a whole other aspect of troubleshooting the thing and it's probably the door switch or control panel, the power cable, or an internal fuse, our outlet (it's not that I checked that first), or our home fuse box (not that either); but most likely needs a new door switch; which may or may not fix the problem from what I have seen online; so who knows. The cost of the switch is about $100 each for us as end users and the microwave needs 2 of them. The cheap switches do not fix all the problems. Best bet for me is to toss the dang thing and go find an old 1980's microwave and I can at least fix it with a soldering iron, duct tape and a coat hanger.

This GE microwave is the best microwave I have ever owed. It is very quiet and cooks exactly as expected. Does even more than I thought. Love the express buttons. I have even used the potatoe button. It was a great buy and a really good price. I would highly recommend it.

Our not-too-old Sharp Carousel microwave unexpectedly stopped working after replacing a GE unit that lasted over 20 years. After looking at other models, we returned to GE. We know this one won’t last forever, but we are pleased with the style, price, and ease of use. Very quiet yet powerful. Just wish it was a 1.8 cu. ft. vs. a 1.6.

Looks great, fits great, heats evenly and quickly as well. I like the quick cook feature, you need something heated for a minute or two? Press time cook, 1 0 0 and then start right? Well not any more! Just press 1 and you're coffees in there getting bombarded by microwaves for a minute to just right temps. Press 2 and two short minutes later, you're you're enjoying a steaming bowl of soup. Convenience never tasted so good!

I purchased this for myself a couple of years ago decided to get one for my sons dorm room works great. It will last a long time im happy i purchased this product again

We bought this microwave to replace one that was 12+ years old. It's a great one, and works very well. My only gripe about it is that the door doesn't always stay open when you open it, but that may be my less-than-level countertops and not the fault of GE.
