Kind of annoying. This is one of a couple ovens that would fit in my microwave space, and that is why I purchased it.

It's powerful for it's size and cooks very fast. It was a good value and I'm glad that I bought to replace my old, worn out one, which was very big and under-powered.

We're retired. I don't need a child lock. There is some process for removing it - need to get the instructions back out. It's fine. It's a microwave. The pick up process was a giant nightmare, but that's pretty Best Buy typical.

Posted .The Child Lock feature can be disabled by following these steps. 1. Press and hold the “7” key for 3-5 seconds or until you hear a beep. Release. 2. Press the “9” key. Release. 3. Press the “0” key. Release. -- There will be two short beeps and the display will flash “UnLo” to confirm the default condition has been updated successfully. It is a good value for the money and spacious for your food. The only issue I have with the microwave is that I am unable to silent the beeping when pushing the buttons or when it stops cooking.

Countertop Microwave does a good job cooking foods such as potatoes or warming previously prepared meals. Spills on the bottom or splashes on the sides or top of the oven can be wiped up with a damp cloth. Cooking operation and troubleshooting tips for the oven are easy to follow.

It has a safety feature on it that requires you to hit the cancel button after the food is done to remove it or it stays locked. That is my only complaint about it. Otherwise would purchase again.
