So far, very good. I mainly use settings manually (I figure out time and power levels for my items) and don't use presets--I'm glad that there are only 6 sensor settings and a pizza one whereas some microwaves have too many for my needs. Because I had a very old GE that lasted a very long time and had become less efficient, I'm delighted with the speed and efficiency of this one!

So far this product is great, it has child proof features for small children. Although my 14 year old had to show me how to get it to start lol. After you figure thst out it is a great product and temp is perfect.

Easy to use nice and sturdy. Great price. The numbers on the microwave are easy to see. I didn't have to read the directions, as everything was self explanatory.

I purchased this microwave to replace the GE we had for 14 years. Unfortunately, I had to return 2 of them for being defective, and after 2 months, I’ve found this third one is also defective. The first one’s motor went out and door locked within a week of use. The second one got louder and louder to the point of us being afraid to use it. This third one has a broken seal in the door, which we didnt kniw until we heated up a beverage and moisture showed up between the glass/plastic of the door’s window. This makes me concerned about the health effects from standing near it while in use. GE used to sell reliable products. I don’t know if they cut back too much on quality parts, or not hiring the right people as engineers, quality control testers, etc. but it would be nice if they went back to making top quality products that lasted.

Works great + fit perfect little coutner between fridge & oven . But NOT Small clock words etc on keys AND why ? 30 seconds button Not at bottom of panel with start/ stop

Got this for my parents for Christmas. It blew up on January 14th. They loved it before that happened. They said it was so easy to use and cooked really well…until It didn’t. It blew the breaker and wouldn’t cook anymore.

It does its job. Multiple buttons for quick heating. ie: reheat an item or bring a hot beverage back up to temperature in 1 button; cook for up to 6 minutes with 1 button. Heats very quickly. Only small negative, while it fits tall items, it's narrower than my previous 1.6 CuFt microwave. And, got a good price as Best Buy had it as an open box sale.

This microwave is powerful and has been a big help in heating up my leftovers.

This is a very nice microwave. The size is perfect; and once I mastered all of the features it has become dependable for all of my needs! It is very thorough in heating up meals.

Microwave works great! We received it quickly, also! Has different settings.

Great product! Just would like to have time selection lit up. Hard to see. Usually have to use a flashlight to choose a setting.

Good microwave. No problems encountered. Price was very reasonable. Cooks good. Still learning to use for other ways to cook with the microwave.
