    Product was taped on one end when I received product- I was assured item was fine- Got it home to install- Computer pad was dislodged- Appears package may have been dropped- Called manufacturer- They are working with me for a replacement voucher

    Works as it should. Had to turn off the child feature and the starting it up to cook took a bit of figuring out but works.
