    I like the microwave - good size, works well, hate the child lock. We're retired. I don't need a child lock. There is some process for removing it - need to get the instructions back out. It's fine. It's a microwave. The pick up process was a giant nightmare, but that's pretty Best Buy typical.

      The Child Lock feature can be disabled by following these steps. 1. Press and hold the “7” key for 3-5 seconds or until you hear a beep. Release. 2. Press the “9” key. Release. 3. Press the “0” key. Release. -- There will be two short beeps and the display will flash “UnLo” to confirm the default condition has been updated successfully. For more details, see page 12 of the Owner’s Manual, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the product page of the Best Buy website. Lauren@GEAppliances GE_Appliances

    Inexpensive and functional. The door can't be opened after use, unless you touch the unlock button. Kind of annoying. This is one of a couple ovens that would fit in my microwave space, and that is why I purchased it.
