      To disable the Child Lock feature: press and hold the “7” key for 3-5 seconds or until
      you hear a beep and release. Press the “9” key and release. Press the “0” key and release. There will be two short beeps and the display will flash "UnLo" to confirm you successfully disabled this feature. For more information, review the online Owner's Manual by clicking on the Features tab and scroll all the way to the bottom of the list.     Works as it should. Had to turn off the child feature and the starting it up to cook took a bit of figuring out but works.

    could not do an accurate review due to the item being broken during delivery. Please note that if the shippers damages the item you are responsible for getting it back to Best Buy the shipper will not return it
