Although my 14 year old had to show me how to get it to start lol. After you figure thst out it is a great product and temp is perfect.

I mainly use settings manually (I figure out time and power levels for my items) and don't use presets--I'm glad that there are only 6 sensor settings and a pizza one whereas some microwaves have too many for my needs. Because I had a very old GE that lasted a very long time and had become less efficient, I'm delighted with the speed and efficiency of this one!

They loved it before that happened. They said it was so easy to use and cooked really well…until It didn’t. It blew the breaker and wouldn’t cook anymore.

Unfortunately, I had to return 2 of them for being defective, and after 2 months, I’ve found this third one is also defective. The first one’s motor went out and door locked within a week of use. The second one got louder and louder to the point of us being afraid to use it. This third one has a broken seal in the door, which we didnt kniw until we heated up a beverage and moisture showed up between the glass/plastic of the door’s window. This makes me concerned about the health effects from standing near it while in use. GE used to sell reliable products. I don’t know if they cut back too much on quality parts, or not hiring the right people as engineers, quality control testers, etc. but it would be nice if they went back to making top quality products that lasted.
