I am overall satisfied - with the appearance, the features, & the price. However, the touch screen requires an unusually firm press, sometimes needing to be repeated, & causing me to wonder if this won't limit the longevity, as well as the door handle requiring a strong pull to open as opposed to a release button under the handle as I am accustomed to.

Works great. Easy to use. Big on the inside, with a big plate. A bit loud. Easy to install if you have installed one before.

I had no idea hat kjnd of microwave I needed. I only had the outside measurements. My salesperson, who's name I can not remember, was so helpful. I had narrowed it down to a couple but I needed to talk to my contractor. He told me they would only be on sale until the end of that day. Sales pitch, maybe?? I went to my car, called my contractor for advice then I googled Best Buy. Sure enough, the ad said on sale until that date. I went back in and bought the microwave we had decided on. The guy went to the storeroom to make sure it was in stock, brought it out for me, then got another guy and they loaded it into my SUV for me! Wonderful!

Bought as a replacement for the same model. Mounting bracket is different. Did not have to remove old bracket. Two center tabs on old bracket but no center slots on microwave. Bending the two center tabs allowed microwave to securely mount without replacing bracket. Had 3 cabinet screws on old one but only 2 on new one. Required drilling of 1 new hole to mount under cabinet.Appears to have a better exhaust fan. Light is brighter on high but is basically a nightlight on low. Clock is brighter than old one. Controls function the same.

Bought this to replace my old GE Spacemaker. Got the first one with unaligned door and replaced with a new. Build quality is so plasticky not as solid as the old spacemaker. Mounting bracket has only two screws instead of four. Similar operation logic and functions to the old. Hopefully it can last for 15 years as my old one was.

Amazing product! Incredibly easy to install and very user-friendly. I bought this as a replacement for my old one, and as a woman, I was initially nervous about installing it myself. However, the process was surprisingly simple, quick, and hassle-free. It’s also lightweight, which made handling it even easier. Highly recommend!

It has been a good item. I love the looks of it and how easy it is to keep it clean. It's also easy to navigate the buttons on it. The size is perfect! I wouldn't change anything on it!

The microwave unit is quiet. Two levels of under unit lighting, Slow speed fan is very quiet. Heats items very nicely. Easy to use and clean and even install. Did not match my recent LG unit's frame so I had to drill holes for the back frame bracket and new holes for the top in the kitchen cabinets (LG died 1.5 years after purchase, no service plan, from HD and box was damaged). After installation I noticed that the door does not open. All tape was removed. It turns out that the top plastic fan / air grill interferes with the door mechanism near the hinge side. I am running the microwave without the top grill at the moment. Need to call service as I bought the full service 5 year plan for this one. Also note that one month after I bought the unit I was hired by a Best Buy store also. I have to note that here according to a rule. The issue appears to be just a plastic grill cutting issue and not on the actual microwave. I am giving this a good overall rating because, I have been using a table top microwave on a bedside like table (in the kitchen) and it is very inconvenient, and this one has brought such relief and ease of use and convenience.

We are replacing an older model of this same microwave by GE. It is their basic, no-frills model, which is just what we wanted. The mounting brackets for this newer model were slightly different so the replacement was little more complicated than we originally expected. We are happy with it so far.
