I had to unexpectedly purchase this microwave during the Covid-19 Pandemic stay at home restrictions, following multiple Earthquakes that hit my area during the stay at home restrictions, If the pandemic itself was not enough to worry about. The earth had to shake things up a bit more! I believe my other one, which was not that old, must have had a power surge during the initial 5.7 earthquake. fortunately that my only real damage. And this was not a good time to be without a microwave, for sure. you can not be at stay at home restrictions during a pandemic and NOT have a microwave! I got online, ordered this microwave and had my brother help me install. I chose GE because I was replacing a GE and hoped all the mounting hardware would match up. The bracket did, but had to drill new holes for the mounting screws. all in all, it was installed in about a half hour. It is quieter than my old one, which I am very happy with. The old one had more features but this one has plenty for my needs. The only thing I can say I wish was different, is.. My old one had green digital lights for the time and such, that matched all my other appliances, but this one has white digital lights. wish it had the same display lights, but I will get used to it. I would recommend this microwave. It looks good, installed easily for my situation and is quiet. The last thing I want to say is THANK YOU Best Buy for being open for curb side pickup during a very different time in the world and being open and available to me when I need this item. Thank you!

works great! heats up the food in seconds super nice lots of room , and I like that is quiet , and easy to use. good quality and works great has the light which helps at night and looks super fancy also the fan works great!!! I'm glad I go this one. Is big, looks nice and heats up super good for the price you are getting something really good

I read lots of reviews. So fair to post one. Works great. Quiet. Fan option is nice. I installed by myself. Looks great. Most folks don't use any of the features. They just toss in the food and pick a time, but I had some leftovers today, chose "reheat", chose the type of food, chose the approximate amount (1.5 cups) and my food was heated perfectly. Time will tell, but so far I picked a good one.

It’s a solid product. We understood that it wasn’t top-of-the-line when we purchased it but it meets our need. The only concern we have at this point is it would seem that we have some mild peeling of the film on the control plant panel.

It is easy to install, easy to start and easy to operate. Cleaning is simple. Heat is uniform. Overall, a very solid item at a very nice price, complete with installation and haul-away of the old one. Looks sharp, too!

So far so good after 1 week of use. I bought the cheapest brand name appliance because most, if not all, appliances are made to last 5-7 years. So why spend more. This microwave does what i need it to do.

So far am really happy with this microwave. Have been only using it for about two and a half weeks. Has worked well and is very spacious. Was easy to install by my son in law. Looks good over the stove. My kitchen is in the process of being remodeled so this over the stove microwave was an upgrade. A very welcome one! Also was a good price.

Brought it home and spent most of the afternoon taking out the old one, putting in the new wall bracket and installing the new unit. Instructions were easy to follow. Unit operates well, is much more quiet than the old unit. Have to listen to make sure I pushed start. Seems to be a good value.

It really is a nice unit for the price. We were replace a unit that went bad after 12 years. Install wasnt too bad but you need an extra set of hands during some parts of the install. The microwave is a lot quieter than our old one and seems to take less time to cook the same items. Has some nice features and would buy again!

Was looking for a smaller microwave for over my range. This came in with a 15 and 1/2" depth and 16 and 1/2" height. which was one of the smaller ones out there. So far the microwave works great, looks great, and has freed up a lot of counter space. Not too difficult to install - had a little trouble getting it into the slots at the back of the frame on the wall but the second attempt was the charm. Definitely a two-person installation job.

Purchased this microwave to replace a previous model that is now discontinued (JNM3151DFBB). This model easily installed in the place of the older model. The vent grill is on top vs the front which gives it a more sleek and modern look. Buttons are intuitive and super easy to use. Great microwave and a great price!

This is a replacement for an older GE microwave that failed after 15 years. It was easy to self-install and has all the features we wanted. Best Buy's price and home delivery were very competitive. The appearance of this newer GE unit actually is a better match for the old GE fridge that we still have. Controls are easy to understand. Would buy it again.

good looking. good size. easy to install, same mounting as my old Kenmore microwave, so I just took old one down and lift the new one and sit on the old mounting plate. It took me 15 minutes.

Initially I shied away from this model because I thought it was too big for the small space I had. So I picked another one which turned out to be the wrong size. But the installer made some suggestions, and I went back to the first model. Second installer was also great - got it DONE! I've been using it daily and am very satisfied.

Once my son ran my microwave for 1 hour on a holiday weekend as a timer, we had no microwave. We found this on the website and went on our roadtrip through a storm. We arrived and they only had one left! We had a nice sales person retrieve our prize and head home without any issue, it seemed too easy. Once we got home it fit perfectly! Ever since me and boy boy smile every time we use it, thinking back to that stormy weekend and this microwave saved the holiday!

Working greatly, the installation was well done. It looks nicer than the old one.
