Efficient And Useful Microwave

It replaced a previous model I purchased about 7 years ago. It was easy to install, works well for cooking, defrosting and heating. Best part was the new model was lighter than the older model I replaced. Vent hood works very well too.

Liked the other one and like this one even better. A little more slim that being a good thing. Nice Stainless steel look and like the 2 bulb light. The other had only one. 4 stars because I only had it for 3 weeks

Same power as my previous one and color matched our kitchen stuff. Pro: it's very quiet when heating at least compared to my last one. Con: the keypad need to be pressed hard, they are not so sensitive. But overall good microwave and easy install too....

Only 4 stars because door spring on the last one broke. Actually the sprint was fine, the plastic door part broke. However there are videos on line that show how to fix it yourself

Had to run around to several Bestbuys to find one that had the product, they apparently wouldn't answer the phone from other stores. Thumbs up on the microwave, thumbs down on Bestbuy store inventory and communications.

We've had GE's prior and wanted the same experience and performance. Just be aware of the installation. The manual is not that straight forward and it caused many issues in getting this item installed. Otherwise, I would recommended it.
