The unit is pretty good replacement but doesn’t have all the bells and whistle’s which is fine if you’re not looking for them. It is a little bit louder than some units but it’s still pretty quiet.

It's very pretty. It works well. Easy to use. The problem is that in low light it's almost impossible to read the key pad.

Best Buy had the best price for the GE model and it was in stock. I was pleased with the ease of purchasing. A young man in customer service helped me after a short wait that the floor salespeople were busy. A nice young lady brought it out and loaded it for me.

So I went with GE again when I was in the market for another one. It was on sale which sweetened the deal, and the installation went very well for the Geek installers from Best Buy. I will definitely use Best Buy for any new appliances!

It has been perfect in ever way including features and price. No cold spots when using the microwave. Very energy efficient. Like most GE products this is a clear winner.
