Works great wasn't exactly what I wanted but it works

I was worried it would not fit in since i was replacing an old microwave but it was perfect. I like the option of turning off the turntable. i don’t like the way the numbers are displayed when in use, you can barely see the number 1. Overall good purchase for the price.

I had a 3 year old barely used Samsung that died. Needed a new microwave for my rental property. Let hope this one last. Price was good install from BB was seamless.

Works well. Solid machine. Control pad options are not real intuitive, so it takes a bit of adjusting to learn how to use it. I wish the defrost feature was a bit easier/clearer to use. Overall, it's a good product

We sold our home and the last day we used the 4 year old Samsung microwave it failed internally! Didn't have time to repair the Samsung so i bought this one and installed it! Instructions were clear and it was easy to install!

Basic microwave, easy delivery and installation (through bestbuy). Works as expected. No shelf in the microwave. Not the strongest of vents if over the range so if that is important then may want to look at other models. Overall, good buy for the price

Microwave performs great. It was easy to install however the template was a little off. If the bracket is mounted as per the template, the microwave is about 1/8 inches high. It was an easy fix though simply by loosening the screws and let the bracket slide down the wall and retighten. I hung it by myself also, so it isn't too heavy to work with.

Overall we love this microwave. We have had the same model in the past at a different house. The express cook times are a nice convenience. What we dont like (personal preference here) and thus deducted 1 star for it is the very bright white display. It used to be green and not so crazy bright. Wr have had issues with our other one (dirty door switches causing the breaker to be tripped) but 6 months after i ckeaned them the issue has not come back. We will see if this one develops the same issue over time.

This was best replacement for my old GE microwave oven over the range. This microwave fit right in the space that was allocated for older GE microwave. Before buying, please make sure that you measure the old microwave dimension and compare it this one.

Upgraded my previous model with a newer version of the same. No regrets and it was the lowest price of all similar models. Perfect fit since it was the same size.

Was fortunate Best Buy had this in stock and on sale close to President's Day when my parents old GE bit the dust. As others mentioned, the wall mounting bracket and top screw holes didn't line up with the holes for the old unit (a 12-year-old GE JVM1740DP1WW) but it wasn't hard to get this one attached. Dimensions were exactly the same as the old one. Also still made in Malaysia, just like the old unit. This one has fewer buttons and pre-programmed modes than the old one, but nothing they'll miss. The under-light modes are great, much brighter and more even. The only minor drawback I'd say is the white LED digits on the clock display are very close, almost squished together, making it slightly harder to read at a glance.

Using for almost a month now with no problems. Easy to install and fast cooking.

ok except door has to be slammed to be closed, which makes a loud noise. Wish it were easier to read the function keys
