Hoping it's just a one time fluke but it cut out in the middle of cooking already, no power, no tripped breakers, nothing. Just shut off out of nowhere. About an hour later it came back to life so we'll see how it goes. Also really funny like that the vent fan runs even the microwave runs no matter what. Makes it very loud compared to others I've had. I wouldn't have bought it had I known that. I hate loud appliances.

I purchased this microwave to replace another GE over-the-range micro. That one lasted 17 years and I hope this one does as well. I like this micro but still having issues getting used to the touch pad (the buttons are rearranged from my old one). This new one is much faster than my old one. The installation, thru Best Buy, was great with no issues.

Microwave is working to my desired setting.I did not get paper manual with the product.I was asked to use online manual.Which I did.

Heats quickly and was a relatively easy install. Need a little pressure to activate the buttons.

I was replacing my 30 year old Kenmore over the stove Microwave and needed to find one that would fit the space. This one fit perfectly. I love the look and the controls are easy to understand. Even though it measures the same size, the inside is much larger than the one I had. I love it!

I love my new microwave! It' exactly what I wanted. Simple to use. Just press one button and hit start. I wanted a GE microwave to match my other appliances and it is high quality with lots of features I will use at a great price! My brother installed it for me and is easier with two people to lift it into the space. I couldn't be happier!

The microwave is just what we wanted and the two gentlemen that installed it were knowledgeable, courteous and very tidy. Overall a great experience.

First, I love the slate color. This microwave had top notch reviews and after 1 week of use, the reviews seem justified. The only minor complaint I have is that the door seems a little flimsy. The microwave is used constantly. I will see how it holds up over the years.

I didn’t realize how fancy microwaves are now. My microwave stopped working and I really needed a replacement. I walked in to Best Buy and was helped immediately. They asked me what I needed, which was basically just a standard basic model over the range. They set up delivery, install, and removal of my old microwave through geek squad. When geek squad arrived the day of install they weren’t sure that they were going to be able to make the microwave work because of the odd framing behind my microwave. However, I was happy to know that they were able to make it work. I now have a Microwave that works and has all the features that I need. If you are in search of a basic microwave to replace an over the range microwave this is a good one. Nothing too fancy!

The new GE microwave is fine and easy to use. It is also easy to keep clean. I have no complaints.

i recognize that there are more advanced models in the store, but for what i wanted, this is perfect. i found that the install was pretty straightforward (once i conceded i couldn't just hang it where the old one was) and the form and function is precisely what i was seeking.

Best Buy made sure all the "leg work" was done by me before they showed up to install our new microwave. It looks great in the kitchen
