I bought this microwave to replace an older model that was dying and it's an adequate replacement. It's less powerful than that one that was replaced but it's easy to use and has similar controls which is why I bought it.

I noticed the first time I used it was how quiet it is. It has a wide variety of preset programs. I am very pleased with my decision to purchase this microwave.

I had the older GE microwave version in White for well over a decade plus, till it finally did not work as well. So decided to replace it. Purchased a new version of it. It is a basic, white Microwave. Only thing to note, since it is plastic inside, be sure to wipe it down or let the door stay open for a few minutes. Moisture left in there for a long time can rot it inside. Learned that with the older one.

The low score is solely because I bought this microwave to replace my microwave which had died. This is the "updated" version of the GE microwave I had so I was expecting a simple pop-out/pop-in switch. However, every single connection point to the wall and cabinet had changed resulting in needing to replace the back-support and drill new holes in the cabinet to mount the microwave. Had I known all this I'd maybe have gone with a different microwave altogether. Microwave itself works as one would expect.

I like the looks of it, glad I changed my appliances to white. Cooks very well, takes more effort than my old one to push the buttons. Maybe that will loosen up in time.

With easy installation, great face plate and extremely quiet functionality, this microwave is exactly what we needed. We were originally concerned about the open box bu that has proved to be a non-issue. Thank you!

Microwaves are important to fill a space above a stove. This is a great product, the fan is great, the vent works amazing and the under the counter built in light is great! The power is exactly what I expected, great product.

I have used GE Microwave in the past and lasted for 12 years. I have used other GE products in the past. GE products are good and reliable, and lasts much longer. The price is reasonable and competitive

Works well and looks great, but i am disappointed with how much fingerprints show. Worse than my other stainless steel appliances

The product performs as advertised. Solid consist ant power that passed the "popcorn" test with flying colors. Does not provide for variable programming.

Works fine. Bought the EXACT same model # years ago, assuming the installation brackets and holes needed would match up. No such luck. But it works well!

Not as expensive as the previous one that the builder put in but that one broke in 3 years. This one was much more affordable & think it will do just fine. Less complicated is sometimes better.

I bought the same 3 years ago, but something got fried due to a short circuit in our house. It was a good one until the incident.

My sales person, Torrance, was great. I was in and out of Best Buy in 30 minutes. I brought in the manual from my broken microwave and he showed me what the replacement model was. It looks nice and is performing well.
