Naturally, it's past the limited manufacturer's warranty and doesn't seem to be something the store will fix either. I liked it up until this point and am not sure if this was a flaw in the design or in the construction, since you can see a hole where maybe there is a missing screw, but no corresponding hole on the outer frame. Pretty disappointed for the price point.

After few months handle and surrounding plastic start cracking. That door was opened maybe 25 times at all. We do not use microwave that much. Primary use is for the light over the stove and to fill empty spot above the range. Poor quality material.
