Eeh its a microwave however the push buttons are hard to select like really have to push em ... the top of the microwave has open slots with no vent cover so you can catch ur fingers just be careful should have saved for nicer unit.. at the end of the day ot works

This unit was easy to install into my existing mounting plate beneath the cabinet above the stove and oven. Loaded with features, it was a great value.

The microwave is so easy to use and the finishing touch to my kitchen all my appliances match !! And its perfect size my previous one was a little low... close to the stove area this one is PERFECT ! and I love GE all my appliances are GE

This microwave installed easily. The wall bracket from the previous microwave worked with this one. The vent and plug were in the standard places. I like the simplicity of operating the microwave.

For the money it's a good value!. Works well, no issues. Even mounted easy using the same mounting bracket. Replaced a GE space saver that finally failed at 15 yrs.

This was a replacement for an older GE over range microwave that died. It fit perfectly and installation was relatively simple. It helped that the previous oven was also a GE, though the vent was slightly different so required a bit of work to connect. Overall it was simple to install. The features and performance are what I would expect. Water heats up quickly and food splatters if you don't cover it. The latter is an operator issue not the microwave! For the money it was well worth it. Just hope it lasts for a while!

I haven't had this microwave long but I'm happy with it so far! For the price it's nice looking, has the features I needed, and was priced well.

Completely functional, works exactly as it should without a single issue. After it was finally installed, the fit was perfect over our stove. Delivery and installation was the absolute worst. The guys that delivered could speak very little english. They continuously tried to ask if I had any wall anchors, screws, and other parts and tools. They wanted to leave for home depot. But then found the parts they needed in the box and there truck. They were trying to figure out how to install this over the range. It was clear to me that this was there first install. It took them hours and the mess they left behind looked like a bomb went off. It took us days to clean up all the plaster, wood and other materials off the stove, counters and floors. None of this is an exaggeration. Honestly I can't believe this happened. We will never order anything from BestBuy that requires delivery and installation again. Absolutely never.

If you want a nice looking unit and don't need all the bells and whistles this is a great option for the price.

I love the look and use of the microwave, definitely a must.

Purchased this to replace a broken one in a new to us condo. This met size and color requirements and was available for pick up in two days. I had ordered one somewhere else and after two weeks they called to tell me it was back ordered. Installation was straightforward and it is really quiet. For some reason the vent fan comes on automatically on some settings which is a kind of loud. So far it works well.

A very good value for the price. Minor comments re: the keypad. Its layout is a bit counter-intuitive, and one also has to really press the keys (no light touching here) to get them to work. Also, the contrast of the lettering, etc., of the keypad against the background is not strong, making the keypad difficult to read in dim light. In the next iteration of the product, I would strongly encourage the manufacturer to give this aspect of the product more careful attention. Otherwise, the microwave itself works fine.

Unfortunately, I let the warranty lapse and the numerical display starting acting up. I felt it was worth replacing for the discounted $199 price which was about $50 less than the last GE like product. Works fine. No complaints.

GE Microwave looks good installed and has plenty of cooking power. Good value and GE reliability.

Works fine. Much lighter than MW it replaced, installers suggesting perhaps a decline in quality by GE from old to new. While dimensions read the same, new MW door could not open, requiring a chiseling away of the adjacent wall. A cosmetic disaster.

The manual instructs you in how to position the fan before installing, but apparently there are 2 different manuals for it--I learned through reading through a bunch of FAQs when my fan didn't work right after first installation. The customer service agent who responded to that customer included a link to the correct manual. Taking it down, repositioning the fan, and reinstalling it to the cabinet was a pain, but it made the fan work. Be certain the directions make sense, given how you need it to exhaust, and realize it may not be correct. I think the picture may have been right in my manual but the text was definitely wrong. Recently, however, the fan on low speed sounds funny some of the time; we'll see . . . But finding a trouble free microwave seems a problem, given reviews I've read. At least this one wasn't expensive. I like its features fine. It throws better light on my rangetop than my last 2 micros and runs very quietly if not using the exhaust fan.

The door is a little clunky And the display appearance could be improved but still a good value for the money.

Bought this to replace the same model we purchased 3 years ago to make mounting installation easier. Old one just suddenly stopped working completely. Even the clock stopped working. I suspect it might have been an easy repair but a service call would be close to the price of a new unit so we oped for the new unit. Warranty is only 1 year but not worth the price of getting an extended warranty. We were happy with the unit until it failed and is attractive looking.

Shopped around for best price and known brand. Read customers remarks, and looked for local store. Made my decision, and got a G.E. on line. BEST BUY sent a E-Mail to pick it up the next day with curb service. The G.E. works better then the old one and it is so quite, you can hardly hear it running. I recommend Microwave and Best-buy, very easy experience.
