This review will not help much since I ended up returning this because it was too large for the opening I had to work with. I ended up returning it for a low-profile unit which gave me the added clearance I needed between the bottom of the microwave and the oven top.

We are satisfied so far with this microwave. We don't use it to cook meals, basically just heating up leftovers and frozen meals. It does the job well. It's very quiet and looks nice above the stove. We had a countertop microwave before and wanted something that would free up counter space.

This is surprisingly quiet for being vented indoors (recirculating). Easy to install and it has flexible options for venting up, to the rear, or recirculating. Easy to mount and looks great.

Microwave works well. Easy to use. Mounting was a bit difficult, instructions from manufacturer a bit cumbersome.

Great price, available in store and took home next day. Easy to use and looks great in our newly remodeled kitchen.

I chose this because of the one-touch cook time feature. And I love that. It has every option I could need. It is easier to use than my previous one. The installation team was courteous, polite and made sure I knew how to operate it before they left.

The turntable is smaller then it needs to be and does not maximize the space. It works as stated and heats food quickly.

I bought this microwave at a very discounted price. easy overhead install need 2 people (the bulk not the weight) runs quieter than most. it does what requested by the keypad I am good with it.

We were definitely in need of a new microwave and initially very excited by the power and operation. However, after about a year, the light underneath stopped working. It’s not a matter of bulbs because we have replaced them. When it first started happening, the lights would come on underneath if you opened and closed the microwave door. Then stopped working altogether. We are now thinking that it has to do with the fact that it’s an over the range and perhaps steam from stovetop cooking has impacted the operation of the light. The microwave still works great for cooking food but disappointed that the light no longer works after mail short a period of time.

Bought as a replacement for a 14-yr-old microwave. If you're seeking a basic, cost-effective, over-the-counter microwave oven with simple (but plenty of) features and intuitive operation, this is exactly what you want. Can't speak for the long-term durability, but so far it's been just fine.

Easy installation and quieter than my previous appliance. I like the multiple options for quick heating as well.

Hey there. I don’t really leave reviews but on this one I felt compelled to. I was looking for a good looking, efficient, and affordable microwave and I was directed to this GE microwave by customer service. It was totally worth the investment. It cooks food thoroughly. It’s got a sharp look. The install team was professional and courteous. Big thanks to Best Buy!

Bought as a replacement. Instructions were excellent. Installation was easy. Put into use immediately. No problems. Heats evenly. Only complaint is the display numerals seem a little too close. Otherwise, this is a very good microwave.

This is not one of those microwave ovens that have all imaginable bells and whistles on them. All it does is microwave food and it does a great job of it. In my case it replaced a name brand microwave that did not reach full cooking temperature. If you wonder why I did not attempt to repair our former microwave, which happened to be under warranty, it was because I would have had to take the microwave off the wall for repair and then be responsible for putting it back on the wall. If you decide to buy the warranty, make sure you are not responsible for removing it from the wall.

I need a new microwave my old used one turntable broke. I wanted a stainless steel no rack inside and a great price. My new GE is roomy and stylish. It has simple push buttons that are easy to understand. Just what we wanted and easy to install.

Works great! Powerful, has all the button features I wanted (express time being number one). Easy to read keypad. Installation was fairly easy especially with its template.
