Works great and a good price. Has all the bells and whistles you need.

After a power surge took out my 15-year-old over-the-range GE microwave, it seemed too good to be true that this replacement would be quieter and less expensive. It even fit on the existing wall mount. Great value.

It does what it was designed to do but I miss some simple but useful features of my old GE microwave. The biggest loss was the ability to control the beeping. The new unit beeps with every button pushing and cooking operation. My old one I could control the beeper volume and I could turn the beeper off, which I did most of the time. The exhaust fan goes on when cooking every time and I can't control that. The latch springs on the door are very loud and the door sound very tinny. The other option I miss is being able to set the light over the stove to work as a night light, turning on and off on a schedule. That being said it cooks very well and does what it was designed to do. I just wish they hadn't removed some favorite functions while keeping all of the one button cooking operations that I have never used in the decades of microwave ownership. The measurements quoted on the store display were inaccurate so I didn't regain some clearance I was expecting.

Easy to keep clean, exactly matches the refrigerator I bought from same line. Both items coordinate well with other appliances. Looks so good, and has all the usual microwave capabilities/features.

Luckily I had a different microwave in the same spot so I did not need to do any drilling. Nice microwave and works quite well.

This microwave is VERY quiet, just slightly smaller than the other microwaves we looked at (which is perfect for our tight space). It's easy to install, easy to use, we are very pleased!

We just got this microwave as a gift from our children. Compared with our ancient microwave this is great! BUT the keypad is hard to read when the lighting in the kitchen is bright and impossible if the lights are low. I have to turn on the lights to turn off the under light at night. I understand that adding back light to the pad would add cost, but just make the graphics white instead of dull gray. Too bad this one flaw ruins an otherwise solid product.

Its quiet, which is a nice touch. The directions on how to mount it were very helpful. Easy to get inside. Doesn't have as many features as my previous microwave, but that's fine.

Very easy to install with the supplied templates. Although it doesn't have a cooking probe, I never used it with the last one that I had. It is for the guest house, and more than sufficiently replaces the unit that cost three times as much before.

Easy to install and works great, the in-store salespeople were very helpful. The pick-up line is also a great idea.

Works like a charm. It has some features that my old one did not have and a doesn't have one that I do miss. My old one had a Hold Warm feature that this one does not have, but I don't miss it that much and the new one works much better.

I gave 4 out of 5 stars because I have only had the microwave for almost a month to date of purchase and install. This unit replaced a Magic Chef unit. This was an open box item, yet still retained the factory sealed tape on the unit itself. This unit goes for over $300 new. But I got it for $170 out the door, including a 3yr extended warranty.

Bought as a replacement for an older GE microwave. I assumed that it was essentially the same as the old one. Wrong. The reheat cycle is cheapened up. Essentially now just a timer. Old unit reheat sensed humidity and corresponded accordingly, which worked impressively.

This microwave looks nice and cooks well when it works. It is finicky though! The door often doesn't latch completely so the timer and fan work but turntable and cooking do not. I need to push hard on the handle to complete the circuit when this happens. And now the 1 and 2 keys on the keypad have stopped working, and others work intermittently.... so not very functional after 6 months of use!

Comes with every known feature perfect size price not bad A+++++ Best Buy delivered it to my living room and I had someone install it local from my house area for a cheaper price.

First the installation easy as long as you have all your necessary tools handy. We were looking for a inexpensive replacement OTR microwave without all the bells and whistles. This microwave is basic. This has all your basic functions such as quick 30 second button, venting options, one press button timer, etc. Unlike the newer and more expensive models this unit can be very noisy. If your looking for an OTR with lesser decibels then this microwave is not for you.

So far, so good. Our last GE Microwave's handle broke out of the door and the glass shattered so we purchased this one. It closes and opens much easier but the carousel is smaller. Only owned it for a few months now so no telling how long it will last. Hopefully for a decade or more.
