    Great Microwave. It’s a good size and hears food quickly. It does make a high pitched sound when the vent is at full throttle which may bother some ears. And the exterior easily shows smudged and finger prints so it will need to be wiped down often. Otherwise no complaints.

    Microwave was bought for a family member since his broke. Appearance is nice and it heats up great. Way better than the one it replaced. Overall he is happy with it and says it met his needs.

    Needed a microwave that a mother in law could handle without us getting phone calls on how to use daily. Very easy to use. Easy to find buttons. Best part was the best buy employees that helped us. We went to a home improvement store and stood around, asked for help, waited for more 15 mins before we left. It's hard to walk through a best buy without getting asked if you need help. Will come back for future purchases just cause of the service. Thank you!

    I purchased this unit to replace a 10 y/o Maytag that finally quit working. Great price point at Best Buy. Has all the bells and whistles a micro should have and more importantly was available in bisque which is a deal breaker for me due to my current kitchen theme. Existing vent hole location matched up perfectly which made the process so much easier, and the micro operation and vent fan are relatively quiet. Also nice to get one with a well known name like GE.

    During the pandemic our GE Microwave stopped working along with our hot water heater & a few roof shingles flew off our roof during a bad rain storm. You know the old saying, when it rains it pours. We felt like we were being tested everything was happening at once. When looking for a replacement Best Buy had the best price & My husband was able to install it and it’s perfect for our kitchen

    We needed a new microwave quickly so we made a quick trip to the local Best Buy and got this one. They told us that our bracket would have to probably be replaced, but in our case we were replacing a GE with a GE and with a couple of new holes it fit great which made installation pretty easy. The heating capability is amazing so we are adjusting a bit to the heating power, but this is a wonderful GE microwave.

    Microwave itself works fine. Cheap white plastic door developed cracks within first 6 months. Original door was replaced under warranty but after a couple of years white plastic door by upper part of handle has a crack. GE should issue a recall on white plastic doors. Of course replacement door is almost price of new microwave. Ridiculous.

    I purchased this over the stove microwave for my son to replace the old broken one. It is a gem in function and in the bisque color which goes with his stove and refrigerator. I am delighted, thank you . Lucinda Oliver
