Microwave looks good, works great. The cons about this microwave is that the vent is very loud and the light underneath it doesn't illuminate well. They should of added LED lights.

Dent in door. Ive never used the microwave, its stri kly forcosmetic purposes. So, BB disappointed.

All features worked flawlessly. I'd like point out that I did not have any trouble seeing letter and numbers on the keypad (I read many owners complained of an illegible keypad on the reviews). The handle feels somewhat lighter than my previous GE microwave but no issues there.

Great with popcorn, boiling water, microwave meals... Everything I needed it to do when replacing my second Frigidaire Gallery microwave. Installed easily in spite of an exterior blemish from box handling on the way to my house.

Decent machine for the money, but I wish I had spent more for a higher quality unit. The light is quite dim. The tone of the cook alarm is cheap sounding and the overall quality is pretty average. Our previous unit was the higher level GE microwave and it lasted twenty years with good service. I doubt I’ll get half of that out of this one. GE definitely cut some corners on this model.

Absolutely beautiful and so efficient! I really like the light and vent which comes on automatically when heat rises from the stove. It even shuts off itself. Spacious and the settings are exactly what I needed to meet the needs of my large family. I love it!

This is the exact microwave we own previously. Someone shut something in the door and cracked it. It still worked great, but I couldn’t handle the crack. Loo

The unit was well packaged with easy to follow instructions and all of the needed accessories. I mounted the unit by myself quickly and works flawlessly. It has the nightlight, turntable and popcorn quick access button. It heats quickly and I would purchase it again and recommend it without reservation.

This is the 3rd time we have purchased this same microwave. All 3 worked perfectly for us. Lasted a long time. Efficient. Easy to clean. Perfect size.

fits over my stove nicely, could get a little dirty with grease but wipes off with stainless wipes

I especially like the feature that allows me to press”2” and it automatically goes for two minutes.

Recently upgraded the over the range microwave, it works great as expected. The delivery service by BestBuy was professional and on time as excepted.

Once it was delivered and installed it was great. Easy to use and clean. Item just took a long time to be available for delivery.

ordered a GE microwave for above the stove online and picked it up about 3 hours later, no problems Was easy to install, after watching a couple U tube videos (my husband and myself)
