    Found damage AFTER install. Front door Dan numerous scratches. Had to repurchase and have a second install. NOT HAPPY! Would have been nice IF installers would have noticed this BEFORE they installed it!

If so, you can also try unplugging it for 5 minutes and plugging it back in.
