This model is the current direct replacement from GE. The look is refreshed, newer model seems to be more powerful, features are similar. The only downside is that the door hinge is a little different on this new one and it actually rubs against the wall when we open it. The original one did not do this.

I wanted one that didn’t break the bank and also did its job. Great microwave! I like the different options to choose from when reheating food and also the choices of the nightlight.

I am a very satisfied customer at the moment. The microwave looks amazing in my kitchen. My delivery window was 9-11 I got a call around 8:30, the delivery guy was in around 9am and out the door around 9:30. The tech was very professional and polite.

Does everything I need it to and more. The install sucked. I have awkward cabinets which made it impossible to use the provide template for install. Also the provided hardware is not the highest of quality. I work in a construction field so I was able to make several measurements and get the holes drilled where I needed them. If you are not familiar with tools, or comfortable drilling into your cabinets and walls, I would highly recommend paying for the install package.

It was a GE Profile microwave as well, we went to our local Best Buy in Manteca, CA and got a really good salesman. We ended up refreshing out some other appliances to help stack discounts.

It is very roomy. The bright white matches my appliances and cabinets. It's just a bit "clunky" as far as opening & closing the door, and it's pretty loud when in use. But then again, I was accustomed to a small countertop microwave!
