I bought this after my other one quit. I did the install myself and it was very easy. Very happy with this purchase.

Works great and looks great! It did came with a little bent on the side but nothing crazy! Love the silver

Installation we did ourselves, wasn’t too hard but also not easy either. Took 3 of us to get it hung on the rather obscure hanging rack. I do part time house flipping so no stranger to Home diy. It looks good, works fine but a few things could be improved. Firstly it’s SO noisy. Like airplane taking off noisy. We’ve checked the exhaust setup and it’s just a noisy unit. Secondly, it doesn’t allow minutes and seconds to be setup because once you press a number it sets off as if that’s all you want. A bit silly.otherwise it works well and that’s about it.

Works great. Its quiet. Has 2 brightness settings for the lights. Looks great.

My wife loves it. Works great and looks great. Fit right into the original space.

I got this to replace my old Microwave in my house and I must say it works perfectly.

Looks great! We bought it to replace an older sharp. Beware that new microwaves are slightly "taller" than they were 15 years ago. We had to cut the tiles a bit in order to get it to fit. I hope it lasts as long as the Sharp did!

I had a Samsung that I paid over $500 for and it went out quickly do to the touch keypad being on bottom and steam getting inside. To say the least I will NEVER by Samsung again! This microwave was less than 1/2 the price and works super fast & heats thoroughly in less time then my old Samsung microwave. I was truly amazed/shocked at the quality for the price. I hope it lasts longer than my last one. My family truly did not realize how much we needed a new one until we went 2 weeks without one to make a decision on which one to get. I’m very glad we selected this one. If you make a decision to get this one you won’t be disappointed! Oh yeah, & it looks lavish!

So far so good. Only down factor is the time light is so bright. It would be better as a red, blue or a soft white. Replace a perfectly good 27 yr. old microwave due to the wiring faliure of the work light

Very happy the advanced team came out and installed the new microwave as the replacement had a little different screw placement in the cabinet. Works perfectly.

Great follow through from Best Buy and Geek Squad. They made this a lot easier than I expected. The only glitch was the first unit they delivered was damaged. The service man noticed the damage and told me before they installed it. I was impressed with his honesty. When they brought the replacement, it took less than 30 minutes for them to install.

Buying this over-the-range microwave is one of our best decisions. We gained a lot of space on the counter. Installing it myself was not so. Let the experts do it! We got it done, but it was not as easy as I thought... good thing my brother is talented at this stuff! It works great, too!
