I purchased to replace a black GE microwave. I have had no issues with that so I made sure I purchased another. This one is actually more quiet than the previous. Installation I had to drill another hole for the power wire. I assumed that it would be in the same place but I wasn't. But the vent was so that was great. I installed it alone.

I love this microwave. I wanted stainless steel and I was replacing a black GE microwave. I had great experiences with that one so I bought this one. It's actually quieter. Buttons are easy to touch and get the options you want. I definitely recommend it

I love the look of this microwave and it's nice to have a mounted option in this color, but I had the worst time getting one from Best Buy that wasn't damaged. The first one I received was smashed so badly that there was no way I was going to be able to mount it so I exchanged it for another one. Second one was delivered and this one is slightly damaged. Tired of exchanging I decided to keep this one since the damage was minimal and in the back where you won't see it. I'll be mounting it in a few weeks and hopefully all works out. Have had GE appliances in the past and was very please with them, hope this holds up to previous experiences with GE.

After a vast amount of search on mi rowaves, I found this one to perfectly fit in the place where GE Spacemaker 1400xl was sitting. It silent compared to similar sized ones. It takes a bit longer compared to my counter top Sharp Couesal. Good buy, but is not long enough to provide about the reliability, but I believe in GE, they are built like a tank.

I am disappointed with the control panel. It is very dark and hard to read. Very easy to use other wise. I love the slate color.

did a lot of shopping around, great buy. Best Buy had the best prices around. The microwave works well and easy to install. I replaced a whirlpool and had to drill different holes but wasn't painful. Wish the door closed a little quieter and opened with less effort, but can't complain for the price. It also looks great

I've had this microwave installed for a few weeks now and really like it. The shelf allows you to heat up 2 plates of food at once and the slate finish doesn't show any fingerprints. I did a vent-less installation and the instructions were very easy to follow. Highly recommended!

The microwave is so nice. It is so quiet with plenty of room on the inside. I had no interest in a fancy microwave, but this one looks great and does the job.

The Microwave came at a great price. It is so very quiet. The sensor cooking works great. It reheats food without drying it out. Installation was done quickly and professionally.

Better than we expected. A far upgrade to our old one. My husband installed it easily with little help from our kids. The looks and features is beyond our expectations.

We upgraded our kitchen with this high end GE Microwave. Not an issue in fitting a pre-cut space and looks marvelous.

Replaced old microwave with new GE; Excellent product which blends perfectly with other GE appliances in our kitchen. System is easy to use and functions perfectly.

I am very pleased with the performance, cooks foods precisely and I love the turntable feature. The only thing I don't like about it is that the surface light and fan needs to be in the front instead of the back area which gives less light and fan efficiency is decreased. Overall I am very satisfied with this microwave.

We had to replace our old GE microwave of 15 years. We bought another GE product hoping the installation brackets above the stove would be the same size. Luckily, we were able to use the exact same brackets making replacement very easy. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is that even though the new one had the same outside dimensions, the inside was smaller than the old one.

Very Easy to install and simple to use. The night light feature is wonderful.

First off, the slate is a beautiful color option, but still stainless. This model is big, has great options for use.

Looks great and doesn't stick out far. GREAT BUY! Best Buy had the best prices on the whole set too!

I wish the auto features were easier to use. For instance, to heat a beverage, you have to go to the Snack Menu, select "Beverage", then hit start, then hit 1 (for 1 cup), then hit start again. You might as well just hit the time you want and then start. It's actually quicker and easier.

Compared to the rediculous loud predecessor, this quiet machine is so nice. It does what a microwave does very quietly. On the flip side, it's just a tad flimsy in design and I would prefer not to have to tell it that I want to enter my choice of time before pressing buttons.
