I recommend scheduling a service appointment with an authorized GE Appliance technician who can accurately diagnose and repair your appliance. You can schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-432-2737, Mon-Fri 7 am – 10 pm ET, Sat-Sun 8 am – 6 pm ET or schedule online anytime at: http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm . GE Appliances technicians are certified specialists trained by the factory and supported by our technical assistance team. They use proprietary computer technology to more accurately diagnose the problem and make sure the appliance is fixed properly. No other servicer has this technology. If you’re deciding whether you should repair or replace your appliance, we offer a worry-free rebate to help offset the Home Call fee should you decide not to have the technician repair the appliance. The rebate is printed on the service estimate receipt to be used toward the purchase of a new Monogram, Cafe Series, Profile Series, or GE Series appliance. -TREY@GEA
