We were supposed to get a replacement on 12/27, but it never came in. Our new date for replacement is 2/1. It is very hard not having a microwave. I know, not the worst thing in the world, but very annoying.

Does what it’s supposed to do however mine is coming unglued. I guess the stainless steel front is glued to the door and the adhesive is starting to wear off. I have only had the microwave for three months!

Both plastic supports completely snapped. This is unacceptable quality from an outfit like GE. I had to super glue it back together because the manufacturer warranty only lasts one year. Hopefully it will hold. I see the price is now $400, way up from what I paid in Aug 2019 ($269). Consider another option!
