My goal was to find a microwave that fit in my current over the range space without making it hard to see the range dials. This one fit the size, has a good look, great price and does what I want it to do - mainly heat and reheat.

I stopped at your store in Roseville, to pay my bill. At that time, I questioned the discounts on my recent purchase. He explained that because it was a more complex installation there would be a charge. When ordering the new Micro, the dimensions were supposed to be the same; however, it was almost 2" larger all around. The installer also agreed that the dimensions should have been the same. I had no choice but to have the one installed as the old one was already removed. Also, I did suggest that the installers bring a vacuum instead of just a mini dustpan and a small brush to clean up the never-ending sawdust. I had to use an Over the shoulder vac to clean the over the range cabinets; and although I have a daily cleanup on my range. It's an everyday chore. The guys were nice; but as I was the 9th of 11 installations that day, they were in a hurry. As I am a Best Buy Customer for years; I had anticipated delivery/installation discount. I was told at the store that someone would be CALLING me, but this is the only correspondents I received. Thus, the reason for this review.

This is my second purchase of this item, even though I was not happy with the previous one cause it stopped working within a year and a half and I had thought I had bought #Warranty but not I re-purchased it in general I like the product but the previous one was probably bad one

So quiet you can barely tell its on. We should have replaced our loud one a very long time ago. Easy to install, although I did want it installed with the vent going outside instead of recirculating, but it wasn't doable at this time.

Love my microwave. It was ready for pick up when promised. Very easy to install. I love the appearance and features. Best Buy is very professional to do business with.

Simple microwave for reheating, etc. The sensor cook settings are nice, but don't use for soups, etc. with milk as they may tend to boil over. The melt setting does not adjust for volume so take care with that. Some of the Sensor settings can be adjusted (popcorn, potatoes) for time. Can be vented inside or out & also has a separate replaceable "paper-type" filter in the top grid for inside venting. This is not a huge microwave but large enough for most tasks.

We love our new microwave. We liked our older one (same brand same size) and this one works GREAT! Install was very easy and it looks great in our kitchen.

Very pleased with this microwave. One small negative is the soft grating noise the turntable makes when a mug, bowl, or plate is on it & it is rotating, of course you could turn the turntable off. It was easy for 2 adult females to install. The previous hinge for old microwave was used. A new hole had to be made for the cord because the old hole wasn’t in the correct position. Love the look of it but it is not fingerprint resistant.

We were up in the air between this and another competitor but ultimately decided on this model. It is a great value, and we are happy with our purchase.

This is a good microwave. I like using the touchpad instead of the GE Profile knob to select cooking time etc…. This microwave was at a good price and it was the color to match our other existing appliances.

Microwave does not have the same high wattage as previous one, nor does it have as large a volume inside. Delivery & installation was painless, installers were very professional and experienced, done in 15 minutes or less!

Verry quiet and does a great job. Didnt rwalize how bad my old microwave was. I like the mute function because the beeping of microwaves srives me crazy. Glad I purchased this unit.

Microwave was fairly simple to install. I removed a vent hood over the range to make room for it. It works great and is very quiet when using. Pay close attention to the installation directions the are not right. I found the templet numbers for hanging the unit are off. I had to re drill holes for the top mounting bolts because the templet was wrong.

This GE microwave is solid. The color (Slate) is an amazing choice, which is much better than the stainless I have had in the past. It is quiet. Easy to operate. Has quick touch cooking. All around a great choice and relatively simple to install. The ONLY problem I had was my first unit came with a dent in it. Had to wait a few days for another one. This required a second king drive to BestBuy. I suggest a thorough inspection before leaving the store.

Works great. Loads of room inside. Large selection of options. Easy install.

This was an almost one for one replacement to the previous microwave that died. The price was great and it fit perfectly. My only issue is the door is cheaply made and it is very loud. However, for the price you can't beat it. As far as how it works, it works as advertised. No issues there.

Installation was fairly straight forward. The microwave looks great and operates flawlessly.

bought this unit to replace a 10 year old that the fan would not shut off on. same unit and same dimensions so hoped it would fit all same holes and brackets. not! all positioning of anchors different and unit is different even thought same model and serial numbers. lights and filters all different places and not bright enough to see with for over range use. timer complete notice very quiet and exhaust fan very noisy.
