Installation is completely standard, so no surprises there. It looks good and works just like a microwave should. I didn't think I was going to like keypad layout, but I bought it anyway because it was the biggest internal size that would fit our opening. However, turns out we all love the new keypad design. It is very user friendly and makes for a much more intuitive experience. I like this unit and would recommend.

Nice microwave, but we are having trouble with the door--the light stays on & sounds like it is running until we giggle the door until it quits. We will be contacting customer service.

I bought this as a replacement for an existing g.e. microwave with sensor cooking. I liked the one that was in the home I bought but it stopped working shortly after we moved in so when we went to best buy we wanted something similar to what we had. I'm still very satisfied with the brand and the features. My popcorn has never popped so perfectly and my food is warmed up more evenly than with other brands.

Everything went perfectly!! I was worried about replacing my microwave that would fit perfectly in my custom cabinets, but Best Buy did it perfectly! Love my new microwave!

Nope, I wanna do it….. not so much the product but I’m gonna go get this blast on Best Buy second time I purchased an item from them that was different than the one selected online feels very much like a bait and switch got a cheaper microwave and today I got a cheaper printer so I have to return it buyer beware

Overall it works fine, It make a loud start up noise for some reason and I think I may take it back. Quality of the door, buttons etc. seems to be cheap China. I replaced this with an Advanteum model and it was much better.

The magnetron is LOUD

Looks great was was easy to install. However, in the first two weeks or so, the magnetron was extremely loud and the fans were almost silent. It wasn't until the fans seem to get some use that the noises started to sort of balance out. The microwave itself is powerful and the premade setting do come in handy.

After trying to get microwave delivered for a month, I finally had to pick it up. I am pleased with this. I like the melt feature, the sensor fan that cuts on automatically. I had my previous microwave for 16 years. I picked a really good one.

When our 14 year-old GE microwave oven died recently, I researched which model would be compatible and where the best deal was. I found that Best Buy had the product I wanted in the finish that fit our kitchen. Best Buy had an attractive price. I ordered it on-line, and it was delivered to the store at no charge. When I picked it up, the staff were very helpful in bringing it to my car and helping me load it. Kudos to Best Buy.
