I now have to await the arrival of a new unit. The existing microwave was removed before the new one was removed from the box. Sadly this is my 1st dealing and major appliance purchase (stove, refridge and dishwasher) for GE appliances and I am less then thrilled to have to buy another already.

Poor Exhaust

Steam and smoke go right past the exhaust filters and roll up the front of the microwave door. Using the outside top exhaust the unit came set up for. Verified blower motor orientation is correct. Very poor suction. The microwave is easy to use, looks nice, and heats food well.
