Installation was brutal because the template and support bracket was completely different than the previous GE product. I don't understand why GE would change the template and support bracket for an almost completely identical item. My neighbor purchased a Samsung which fit perfectly fine on the old GE bracket/template.

We lived without a microwave for a few months and appreciate the ease of use with this microwave!

The new GE microwave works wonderfully. I especially like the "Express Cook" area that appears only to be on GE microwaves.
