This is my 2nd GE microwave. My first was out of warranty and it was cheaper to purchase the same model microwave than to repair the poor thing. One week in service the new one just went black. Thankfully GE is sending a repair technician to fix it. My previous microwaves lasted until we remodeled the kitchen. Hopefully this isn’t the new norm.

The plastic on the buttons is bubbled and worn off. It's not a protective film that peels off. Im SO disappointed!

Product is great! But beware, Best Buy will NOT give me reward points I’m owed! This is the last purchase I will ever make, as they do not stand by their programs or purchases!

Not happy. I was told it didn’t matter how much space between the stove and microwave, because it was an electric stove.
When the geek squad arrived, they came in, measured, said there wasn’t enough room, and off they went.

I had to return it, because It was very loud. The door wasn't level. I tried to use Best buy website to return it and get the label to be shipped and didn't work, I had to drive more that 45 miles to return it.

I only had this microwave for two months and it completely stopped functioning. It does not turn on at all and there is nothing wrong with the power outlet. Now I find out that the returnable date was two days ago. What a waste of money.

Horrible. I’d never recommend this product. Apparently it was the fan that was a mess. Customer service helped me pick out a similar one, 1.6. that’s fine.

This microwave was damaged when opened it. Dent in the top that wasn’t visible until it was about to be installed.

We bought this about a year and a half ago and don’t use it everyday and the handle broke off!!! It is above our stove and I’m wondering if the heat from stove caused this but our last one lasted at least 5 years!!!

This is my second over the range microwave that I purchased. The first one lasted about 2 years maybe 3 and this one 1 year and 1 month. Turns on but doesn't heat . Waste of money.

When you turn on the exhaust fan, it had an unbearable whistling sound. We were told by the installer that they all did that. I said, nope!
We were also told that one from another manufacturer would be quieter so we bought the LG. Our rating is already posted for that unit.

Replaced unit with the same model had the original one for 10 years, was very happy with it.

Worthless product! Had for just over 2 years and it quit working. A lot of money for only 2 years worth. Called Geek Squad and they are unwilling to help figure out what needs to be done to get it working.
Oh no! We hate to hear the microwave has quit working so early in its life. This is very frustrating and we understand how inconvenient this must be.
