The microwave can not open the door after installation due to the Cabnet.

For the best wash and dry performance, we recommend making sure the water is at least 120 degrees when it enters the tub. Also, check that the filters are not clogged and the dishes are loaded properly. Selecting any additional heat settings will help both the wash and dry cycles as well as high quality detergent and rinse aid. My GE microwave from 2006 was much better than this. The buttons are terrible and literally creak. Why do my buttons creek? So annoying. The fan turns on when you start microwaving anything, also super annoying. The door is cheap, the unit is loud, there isn’t as much sound dampening as there should be. Shouldn’t appliances get better over time, not worse?

Easy install with same mounting details used on my 2002 GE Eterna. Beautiful unit and works well.
I did not understand why the owners manual shows two grease filters on bottom of unit while my unit has no such filters and no place that I can see for grease filters.
Also the installer did not rotate my blower to blow out the front and I do not know if that is an absolute necessity or not as there seems to be a good flow of air,
I do not like that there is a very expensive charcoal filter that is supposed to be replaced every months.

The exhaust is loud and works poorly. Steam and smoke go right past the exhaust filters and roll up the front of the microwave door. Using the outside top exhaust the unit came set up for. Verified blower motor orientation is correct. Very poor suction. The microwave is easy to use, looks nice, and heats food well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
