The microwave is easy to use but I would have preferred to have a booklet that was more complete insofar as time to blanch or cook different vegetables, etc. I kept the one from my old microwave as a guide but it was a slower oven than this one. This is a problem for GE not Best Buy.

This is a great microwave. This microwave is really improved over what I had. It does not overcook the food and it is easy to use. The inside turn table is also much better in that the edges of the turn table are curved. The curved glass turn table prevents any liquid from splashing all over the inside. This new feature corrects a big clean up. I do not have to work so hard cleaning it after cooking. Every buyer will appreciate this feature!

If you need over the Stove Range this is great solution at a reasonable price. Very easy to install and only issue I have is the Door handle seems a little flimsy. But other than that very happy with purchase

Works like it should! Very similar to our last microwave though the color of the lights are different. Sleek design, easy to use.

It looks good and so far, functions well. It was relief to finally have it installed. After it was delivered, we had someone add a vent to the outside, and then had Best Buy come back and install the microwave. It fit in the space perfectly!

I hope this one is better than the one it is replacing. I had to replace one that was less than 4 years old when it stopped working. Since this model is still made, it made most sense to get the same model, which I was able to install, on my own, in about 30 minutes. It fit right onto the existing bracket that was already on the wall.

This is our third or fourth GE microwave in 24 years. the BEST part about this was the installer! Jeremy Harwood. For all the years we lived here we had a private person install; and decided to take a chance on Jeremy. So glad we did. Jeremy will be our "go to guy" for any installations we need in the future. So happy. Thank you.

Love the slate finish! Fits very nicely in previous space and is slightly smaller on outside than the one I replaced. Seems about the same size inside and does everything I need. Only complaint is the vent doesn't really work very well and gets quite a bit of condensation on bottom when boiling water on cooktop.

This replaced a 15-year old GE microwave. I ordered another GE with the hopes that I could reuse the same bracket that was already attached the wall. Unfortunately, they moved to using a lower-profile bracket, so I had to completely reinstall everything. It wasn't that difficult, but it wasn't the easy swap I thought it would be. The buttons on this microwave are a little harder to push than my old one, but they wanted to make the control panel a flush design. The front stainless panel is fairly thin, and you can see small ripples where it attaches when the light hits it. Not a big deal, but it shows the reduction in quality from older microwaves. However, it works great, and I'm sure it will last for another 15 years.

The first one stopped working properly after 3 days, after speaking to a technician he recommended getting a new one- new one works well, would have liked a couple if features my old one had eg veg cook hard/soft but this one fit the space that I had to use and do it’s the truck

Microwave works as described by factory maker. I really like one touch button feature for heating in 1 minute increments. Also like the smart heating sensor. This feature heats food evenly and detects the amount of food that needs to be heated. Overall a great microwave.

I like this microwave and its easy-to-push buttons (unlike my old one that broke - buttons often didn't respond to my touch or took it twice which added time I didn't want). The microwave works well and is as described in the ad. I do wish the turntable was bigger and raised up a little more off the floor of the microwave, but that's not a big deal - I knew that when I bought it - I just liked its other features and it was reasonably priced. Its dimensions are as advertised, too. I haven't tried all the features yet. I like that you can control the loudness of the alarm when the food's finished cooking - my old one was too loud and I couldn't change it. Overall, so far (I've only had it 1 month) I'm very pleased with this microwave.

I love it. When it is running it is so quiet and looks great.
