While we've only had this microwave over for about a month, so far, it's been great! It looks really good, has loads of interior space, is easy to clean, has a 30 second heating button, which is great for reheating a cup of coffee (mine always gets cold before I finish the cup), express setting for up to 5 minutes and using the microwave is very intuitive--no complicated instructions. This will be the 3rd microwave oven we've had since moving into our house and it is, by far, our favorite. Additionally, we purchased the microwave on sale and it was very reasonably priced .

Exactly what I am looking for. Only a microwave, with no other functions like air fryer etc. It fit perfectly to my old appliances space. I did my first popcorn and glad to report that under 1:30 mins I had the perfectly popped corn with no kernel unpopped. Whole kitchen smelled like movie theatre. It's a powerful appliance. Love it.

Great micorwave - replaces our previous model which was 10 years old and just died. GE discontinued our model but this is a close 2nd.

I have had this for less than 60 days but so far, no complaints. It matches out Whirlpool stove really well and it works great. Get's daily use by 3 people, no complaints. It even fit perfectly in the slot where the old microwave was.

We’ve had the microwave for about a month, so far, we’re satisfied. The 1–5-minute express cook is a great option. By pressing any of the 1-5 buttons, the microwave starts for 1-5 minutes without having to do anything else. I would give it a 5 out of 5 if it ran a little quieter.

This microwave was easy to install and has plenty of great features! The selection buttons are easy to read and navigate. The exterior has a sleek finish and a large sturdy handle for opening and closing. We purchased this unit to replace an earlier GE model that gave us many years of great service, and we hope that this unit will perform the same. It was nice that it used the same mounting template design, which allowed for a simple installation. The blower fans came in the vent-upward position, but for our application, they were easy to move to the vent-forward position using the instructions provided.

Happy with my purchase, solidly built and same size as my old microwave and great price ($269). The Best Buy installer was friendly and did a great job putting in my microwave. The keyboard take a little while to get use to, you set time in minutes only. Exhaust Vent is a little noisy when on High. Surface light is bright on this model is more than adequate.

Accurate cooking times, easy to use, love the quick cooking options and it matches my existing stainless steel appliances in my kitchen.

Purchased and installed this microwave as a replacement for an earlier model that failed during a power surge. The newer model was easy to install, though you had to drill new holes for the mounting bolts. Once installed, I could not believe how much the quality had changed from previous version. Door was very low quality and was excessively loud opening and closing. Running it the first time, the exhaust fan turned on when start was pushed, and was very loud. It states that the fan is auto sensing and will turn on when temperature is exceeded.... I don't think pushing the start button should turn on the obnoxious fan. And by the way, you cannot turn it off.... EVER! After 3 weeks of normal use, it failed while making 4 baked potatoes. Very hot to the touch above the control panel. I haven't had time to call Best Buy, but it is past the return date, so I am not expecting much. Bottom line is this is a very cheap model that is nowhere near what GE produced in the past and I do not recommend this product.

This microwave was super easy to install and is very easy to use. It has a very easy to understand control panel and works great. Highly recommended for anyone needing to install a new one.

The microwave is noisy, but has the features that we are seeking. Due to global supply chain issues, we had to wait more than a year for this product to become available anywhere and Best Buy was the only store stocking the item. Time will tell on the durability of the product. For the price, the purchase made sense. We did have the product delivered and installed and that process went very well. To better protect our selves, we also purchased a warranty on the product.

Great price for this product, my old one died and this was the replacement!

This took very little adjusting to get use to. The controls are pretty self explanatory. The defrost settings work well. The power levels were a bit stronger than my older one. No problems.

It works really well and has various features which are helpful. It has a timer which can be set and still microwave food simultaneously. The feature of alarm is not obnoxiously loud and remainder is just one beep every few seconds. Cleans easily.

I am happy with our new Microwave oven, very easy to use and it heats up very quickly.

Replaced a old microwave whose handle had broken off. I had managed to glue it back on and live with it for awhile, but am happy to have this new one. So far, it works great and looks great.
