I purchased this microwave open box. It was a fair condition but still great. Best Buy is the best.

Good basic microwave that has all to key functions at a fair price point.

I like this microwave but the only thing is the safety shut off if it has been running to long.

The stainless steel looks very luxurious on a tight budget. It does what it says it will do, cooks evenly and thoroughly.

Works just fine-exactly what we needed and expected. The installer was very thorough and efficient. Very good value.

Works as it should and was easy to install. Color is and exact match to our other ge appliances. Sensor for when something isn’t in the microwave is nice as well

Love the microwave. It is great looking and easy to clean. It has great features such as the thaw feature in case you want to use something from the freezer.

Love the size and look. Has a rich "feel" when you open and close the door. We have one, in white, at another home and it was the main reason that we chose the GE and model that we did. Because the keypad is black and the text and buttons don't stand out, it is not easy to read the words for the buttons.

Upgraded features. I especially like the sensor cooking feature which uses electromagnetic feedback instead of a temperature probe to determine when things are done.

Re did my kitchen and my old Samsung over the range microwave died. Love my GE stove so found this great deal and it matches my range!

Door seems a little flimsy. Worry a little how it will hold up over time. Works fine though. Love the appearance of the slate appliances

Sensor control may be a waste for me since I mainly use the microwave for reheating food or maybe popping corn. When checking prices Sears and Home Depot were much higher priced so Best Buy truly was THE BEST BUY. So far it looks great and works great. My only complaint would be the turntable plate is much smaller. Oh, one more thought. Microwave manufacturers don't seem to care about incorporating new technology in the surface lighting. Same old dim light for the stove top.

We love this microwave. It was easy to install. It's a replacement from our previous GE microwave. Very happy with it!

So, I was spoiled by my other microwave with the programmable night light, this one does not have it and the underneath stove lighting is not that great. If you were cooking in a dark kitchen, maybe for romantical purposed, LOL, you'd still need the "BIG" light on to see your food, as opposed to only using the microwave light. That is the easiest way to explain it. However, it is very easy to use, one button push to get it going.

Microwave was just fine. I returned it because the color didn't work for me, but while i had it i had no complaints.

The turntable on the first new microwave installed stopped working after 3 days. After much confusion, and several calls, Best Buy delivered another new one, which I like overall. It is easy to use, cooks evenly and looks good. However, there are 2 things I do not like about it. First, the Surface Light is not as bright as our old microwave, which I miss. Second, the vent fan is very loud.

Excellent price. One touch cooking when you use 1-5 minutes. You just put your dish in, close the door, touch 1 for 1 minute, 2 for 2 minutes, etc and it immediately starts cooking for that amount of time. You can choose up to 5 minutes. If you need less than 1 minute or more than 5 minutes then use Cook Time options. Cooks Popcorn really good !!

It was a great service ,everyone are very attentive and professionals, the prices are good, and the quality. and the store is near to where I live, thanks also to to the person who delivered the eight purchases that I made in 2023 .

I brought this over the range microwave to replace one that died after less than 3 years. It too was a GE product and I was very hesitant to try this brand again, but I did love some of the features of my old unit. So I took a deep breath, crossed my fingers, and brought this model. I like the express cooking feature, and I loved the dual surface lights located at the front of the microwave. Unfortunately this upgraded model no longer features the dual surface lights. The one surface light is now located on the rear of the oven and is not nearly as bright. The stainless steel exterior smudges easily. Constant wiping is needed. The glass interior plate is now much smaller than before. My biggest disappointment with this unit is that there is no longer a beep to let you know that cooking is complete. If you are not standing right in front of the unit, you have no idea that food is now ready. I had Best Buy install the microwave on 6/12/19. So far it has been working well, and except for the afore mentioned issues, I'm happy with it. Still haven't quite gotten used to all of the controls being in different places than the old unit, but hey it's only been three weeks. Removal of the old unit and installation of the new was quick. About 40 minutes. I pray that this GE lasts longer than the old one. This time I purchased the extended warranty.
