    When our 14 year-old GE microwave oven died recently, I researched which model would be compatible and where the best deal was. I found that Best Buy had the product I wanted in the finish that fit our kitchen. Best Buy had an attractive price. I ordered it on-line, and it was delivered to the store at no charge. When I picked it up, the staff were very helpful in bringing it to my car and helping me load it. Kudos to Best Buy.

    This replaced a similar GE model that was 11 years old in which the electrical push button panel failed. We were able to use the same mounting bracket for the new model, which was what we hoped for as well. The microwave works well. We wish the surface light had a timer feature like our old one. That's the only feature we miss, otherwise it is as expected. We hope this one lasts another 10+years!

    We bought a house last summer and the appliances were mismatched and small. We ordered a fridge first. We got it in Slate. We liked this color, it worked with our kitchen upgrade. We ordered a stove and microwave next. Stove was available within a week. Microwave took 3 months because of Covid shutting down manufacturing. We got it in November and are happy with it.

    Had the same model from our home build in 2014 and decided to replace before it broke. This works just as well but I guess is a testament that these units could have 10+ year life.

    Microwave is good and does it job. No fault of GE, but I did not give it a full 5 star because the product had some damage when it was arrived and installed. Best Buy did give me some credit for the damaged item.
