Easy to use and does the job was great Best Buy installed to

Bought this two years ago. It's a lovely unit and it worked well. There are some features I did not like compared to my old over the range microwave (which was still going strong after 18+ years). Today is 4/15/20 and Monday (4/13) this unit started making an odd noise and stopped heating food. I talked to GE ($99) to pull up into my driveway). The part(s) and repair will be an additional charge. Another repair place said between the arrival fee, part(s) cost and labor, it would be better to buy another unit. What a bummer. I gave it a chance! I didn't review it when we bought it. Today I am!

Very good, very easy to use. Like this brand name.

Works well, template was a little tough to line up for the holes, but once we had that done it worked well. Size is good (old microwave was too big). Be aware that the filter size you find online may be incorrect, measure the dimensions before ordering.

This microwave seems to offer a lot of options, however the door is a bit flimsy and doesn't seem durable enough.

Love this microwave..fits perfect, looks amazing...works fantastic.plenty of inside space for larger casserole dishes..heats fast nd though..Cant go wrong ob this microwave

Great over the range microwave. Love the size and brand

Love the slate color, not the average stainless that everyone has. We use it mainly for reheating leftovers, popcorn, and warming beverages. It works great and looks fabulous in our new kitchen! We really like that it is mounted above the stove and vents both units through a fan and we did not have to vent to the outside; also has a light that lights the surface of the stove.

Great microwave that’s super practical especially for its price point if you can get it on sale like I did. Heats up food pretty quickly. It’s a bit of a smaller design by 2 or 3 inches to most over the range microwaves which is the reason that I got this particular microwave.

Purchased this because it had the same dimensions as our last GE. It works as good as advertised. Gave it a 4 star only because when closing the door, it sounds a little "tinny"

Overall I like the microwave. What I do not like is the material, very hard to keep clean. When you clean it, it streaking appearance won't go away.

Nothing fancy, just a nice, classic microwave. Didn’t come with a shelf (I thought one was supposed to be included but perhaps not) or owners manual but no real issues so far. My only gripe is the vent is soooo loud and doesn’t really seem to collect a lot of the smoke from the range below. It’s still a nice choice and looks great in our kitchen.

Great price being out of box, but difficulty getting it installed because it was missing a part. Also, they said nothing was wrong with the microwave, but there were a couple of scratches and a small dent. I chalked it up to getting a good deal, and not expecting perfection.

Bought the same exact model about three years ago and it quit working, so bought the same model to replace it. Hopefully this one will last longer.

great microwave like the slate look works great and easy to use

Easy to install. Well made. Been using it about a month. The only complaint is that it takes too many steps to select a specific amount of cook time. This is really a minor annoyance, as we tend to use the quick cook settings most of the time.

Had to replace our previous GE 1.7 cubic foot Over-the-Range Microwave due to a magnetron failure after only two and one-half years. We love all the features of this Microwave and replaced it with the same model because it was on sale at Best Buy.

I have no complaints with the operation of the microwave. I'm not thrilled with the controls. Beverage does not have degrees or levels so if you push beverage there is only one option. The keypad also does not allow you to enter specific amounts of time.
