    Brand new, used 3 times then broke. having issues with GE Advocate and repair people...no one seems to know what they are doing. It has been a month now without a microwave. It should have been replaced....not repaired since it needed a new door, switch box and latch. Very very poor product...so disappointed in GE, especially how they take care of consumers.
