It’s a microwave. It heats up fast. I got it to complete my GE suite.

This is a very nice product, decent heat. It looks just like the picture. I would recommend.

3 stars because so far so good, but it's too early to judge quality, support, and everything else that makes a good review only after a month of usage. Ask me again in 1 year.

the order came in 2 weeks early, Love the best buy team!

Where do I begin. I bought 2. One for pick up and one for delivery and installation. When they came to install the microwave I was told that the screws they supply are not threaded to the end and will not work. So they told me I had to go online and find the correct screws and they had to be 4 inches long. Then I could call Best Buy and they would come back and install it. I told them to take the microwave back. Later that day I went and pick up the other one. My brother came and installed it with the screws that were supplied by GE in 40 minutes. They never even opened the box. If they had they would have found the correct screws. Where they got the other screws they showed me I don’t know. But obviously these installers should not be working for Best Buy. So wonder why they get so many bad reviews. I can’t rate the product as I haven’t used it yet. But I can rate the installers and the company who sent them. In order to submit this I have to rate the product or it won’t be excepted.

Not a very high end unit, but it's big and has a powerful vent to eliminate cooking odors.

I got a very good price. I can't bid any price among competitors.

It does what it supposed to do. Buttons feel cheap. Good value compared to others.

Excellent. I replaced a GE Spacemaker and was worried about the fit. It was perfect.

Installation from Best Buy was outstanding; however, the first microwave had a faulty on board fan. They just came today to install the replacement microwave and it wont even cook. Fan, clock and other features work but it will not cook. Just makes a clicking noise. This is ridiculous. Apparently I'm going to need a 5 year extended warranty on the 3rd one. Pfft

First over the stove microwave that we’ve had. We love it. Not too high, exhaust and lighting work well.

Best Buy price matched a local competitor and was a great purchase. The black slate finish is very appealing.

So far, so good. Works as expected. Simple in it's operation and looks good too. A nice value, especially at the Black Friday sale price.

Would have went with the next model up. Basic microwave. Not a lot of bells and whistles.

Everything is as expected and advertised. Tight fit and had to redrill holes though.

this microwave does a good job cooking anything i put in it. also like the blower system and the lighting over the range

Excellent product I would buy it again heats the food exactly on the time that is set.

It work's great. Simple and does the job. It's quiet.

this GE microwave replaced our 5 year old GE microwave exactly, hopefully it lasts longer than the other.
