    Third microwave in three years. I need someone to reach out and help me with this. It’s crazy. I’m 13 months out.

    This was installed with TotalTech. This replaced another and had same issue of hot spots and cold. You can't set food in middle or you will end up with frost in part and hot in another. Set on side it does better but still frost on some. You have run again. The manual said wait 5 min for micro to cool between uses but that did not work either. Sent back. Thank you TotalTech!

    I will never order anything on Bestbuy's website. It was virtually impossible to get anyone on the phone to get an exchange. This was a terrible experience.

    The "Geek Squad" could not install. Microwave still sitting in a box until I have an electrician to install it. There should be no installation or removal fee.

    Disappointed with the cooking time. Had the exact same thing prior to this one and it cooked things in half the time

    This Microwave died today. Less than one month of usage and during the Covid-19 stay at home order. This is not a quality product and I am at a loss since its past the 15 day return for best buy. I don't think I will ever shop at Best Buy again since I can't get any support for this.

    Does not hear food after 1 day

    Waited 3 weeks for it to arrive and install. Worked a couple of times then no longer heats food nor a cup of water. Now need to wait another month to get it replaced.

    Nice upgrade from my older GE microwave

    Purchased to replace an older GE microwave that wasn't worth repairing due to its age. First thing I noticed was the space inside. I didn't realize how much more space there really is in a 1.9 cu. ft. one compared to a 1.6 cu. ft. one. The outside dimensions were the same, so it fit perfect in the existing spot. The inside is also coated, making it easier to clean. The cooking features are standard, mostly the same as on my old one. In addition to those it has a steam self-clean option which I like. So far everything is working like it should and I'm happy with the purchase.

    Large microwave. Fit almost perfectly replacing a previous GE that died. Easy install. The only negative I’ll say for now is the obnoxious Silver GE emblem at the top is too big. Also, the warehouse pickup at BB did not go smooth so I had to make a return trip.

    Great product. I love this microwave and the features but the only problem is after a three minute warm up, a plate if food is not fully hot. There is still parts of the plate were its partly not properly heated, unlike my previously similar model. So basically I just stir up the food and/or put it back in for another minute.
