This is a good product with smart features like turntable on/off. I like it very much.

Microwave works great. A few nit picky things we would have liked changed. The lightbulb that comes with it, needs an LED bulb otherwise the area is so hot (including the inside of the microwave when not in use). Easy fix as we ordered a new bulb and had it delivered. In this day and age, it should be LED to begin with. It would have been nice to have 2 bulbs - as having just one is not as bright. The last item is the control panel - very difficult to see as they are not back lit or labeled in a better readable color.

Very happy with this microwave. It heats, cooks and defrosts thoroughly and the stainless exterior looks great in my kitchen. I really like the dark interior and steam cleaning feature. The online purchase and curbside pickup process was very smooth. Highly recommend!

Works better than expected and its look is perfection.

This microwave is very easy to use and install. We like the large inside and the dark color. It is easy to clean and so far as caused us no problems. We are happy with our purchase.

The microwave itself is beautiful, and deserves 4 stars (I still like my old one better), so I wish I could do a separate rating for customer service. The 1 star is for Best Buy Geek Squad/installation/customer service. Our microwave somehow got damaged along the way and the door doesn't align with the rest of the microwave perfectly, so that it is a bit crooked. We didn't notice until it was installed. We got our own handyman to install this time, because Best Buy caused a pipe to burst when they installed our washer we got in the Spring. I never complained about it, we just fixed the pipe. I complained about this microwave but they said all they can do is exchange for a new one and charge us for installation again. Fine, but I'm obviously not happy to pay for taking this current damaged one out and installing a new one. We will just deal with it and keep it, although I was hoping for at least a coupon for the fridge I need to buy or something! But I have to say the Geek Squad lady I spoke with in customer service was SO rude. Hung up the phone quickly as I was still talking, without showing any type of care to even keep me as a customer, and I buy all my electronics from Best Buy and am a member of Total Support. I am always using their card, for like 15 years at least now. We need a new fridge. She didn't care. And I was so friendly with her. She asked why I didn't tell them about the washer, and I said because I'm busy with 3 kids and a full time job and didn't want to go through that trouble of waiting on a phone call and having someone back out etc. We just fixed the pipe, which was easiest. She scoffed rudely and compared her ONE kid to my three saying she wouldn't have been too busy to call. Just overall extremely rude, flat tone, conversation. The AI bot I chatted with previously was friendly though (eye roll). I'm fine keeping this microwave, but it would have been nice to have a better conversation with someone instead of getting rudeness and being hung up on. If I hung up on someone in my job I would be fired.

Sales person was very knowable and helpful. Oven is exactly what we were seeking and is performing perfectly. It was to replace an older GE Microwave. This one fit the space and performs nicely

For the price this is a pretty decent microwave. Nothing too special, but has most of the bells and whistles that are needed.

Purchased this GE microwave to replace a cheaper 1.6 cu ft GE microwave which was provided by the builder and lasted less than a year and a half. This new microwave is loaded with bells and whistles. My favorite feature though was the more powerful exhaust fan with four speeds. It also matches well with all my other stainless steel GE appliances. I’ve had this microwave for about a month and like it very much so far. Fingers crossed this one will last a long time.

Microwave seems to be quite satisfactory, Waited too long for delivery, Not happy with all the additional charges thar used to be included with Best Buy Membership.

Easy to operate and performs accurately and thoroughly. So far, very happy with purchase.

This was very easy to install and works very well while being simple to use. I like that it has an actually plug instead of having to hardwire it in during install.

It a nice oven but why are both the stove top and oven lights so dim and still incandescent bulbs and not LED? These lights should be much brighter. FYI for anyone replacing a GE from 2006 - the mounting holes are NOT the same. This would have been nice to know when I was selecting the replacement oven but the hole templates were not available on the GE website while doing research.

Nice looking with modern features. Great value for the price.

Nice over range microwave. Plenty of room inside, cleans easily. To install I would recommend paying the extra couple bucks to have Best Buy do it. Saves you time. It is a little heavy for one person (although I did).

very nice, we are happy that we purchased The Microwave at BestBuy, the service at the store was very nice and the Lady that took care of us was very nice, she answer all the questions that we asked and she responded very nicely, the technicians that came to install the Microwave, were very professional, there were 3 of them, the service as very good, I had recommended 2 of my friends to visit the store, Thank you

Microwave has many features and is easy to use - perfect fit to replace one that no longer worked. Very good price too.

It has only been installed for a couple of weeks, but so far it is exactly what we wanted. We are very happy.
