Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hired a plumber to install it since it is heavy duty with 1 hp engine, stainless blades should last a long, long time. Best rated in Consumers Reports and so far has lived up to its rating.

I thought it would've been less noisy than my original, its still noisy but that is Ok, not sure if there is many garbage disposals which are less noisy but it is still in good shape.
