Posted .Thank you for sharing your feedback. To help keep the coffee hot, it is a good idea to “warm the pot” by putting hot water inside the carafe to pre-heat it. After a few minutes, dump the water from the carafe and then start brewing coffee. Lauren@GEAppliances

I love the "Bold Brew" coffee because I like my coffee to pour out like molasses. My only complaint would be that the shape of the carafe causes the last couple of ounces of brew to be poured out completely upside down because it gets caught on the lip.
