The freezer arrived damaged (badly dented in on the side). It worked, so the best buy delivery person advised I keep it for now and call the 800 number to get it replaced. I did so and thought it was taken care of. Unfortunately, they showed up to pickup the old item, but didn't have a new freezer to deliver. When I checked online, there is no record of any order! I called again, and they advised I wait until the return cleared (so I get refunded), then just order again. Really? You fail to order the replacement, but I should trust you again? Well, considering there is a 3 week delay in delivery, I am now out a freezer for the next month! This is unacceptable as I now have no place for any of my frozen foods. I have had mixed success working with Best Buy in the past. Despite my reservations, I tried them again and got burned yet another time. Not sure why, but they get the smaller stuff right, but seem to always miss on the bigger items.
