So convenient! Like the fact that it warns you of door left open etc.

Couldn’t ask for anything more. Seals tight, maintains zero, energy efficient, and plenty of shelf space.

I purchased around first of dec. so far it has been very functional, it does make a little noise but not bad at all. it is in the pantry room beside kitchen. so unless u put it beside your couch or your bed noise shouldn't be an issue. overall really nice for my needs

I had a freezer chest (not frost free) that had to be cleaned of frost every once in awhile. Price for this freezer was good with delivery.

Freezer is we'll made and keeps all items frozen. Status is easy to read on front door.

The 2 pull out drawes are a nic feature I did not have in my previous freezer.

Terrible experience with this product. The freezer arrived damaged (badly dented in on the side). It worked, so the best buy delivery person advised I keep it for now and call the 800 number to get it replaced. I did so and thought it was taken care of. Unfortunately, they showed up to pickup the old item, but didn't have a new freezer to deliver. When I checked online, there is no record of any order! I called again, and they advised I wait until the return cleared (so I get refunded), then just order again. Really? You fail to order the replacement, but I should trust you again? Well, considering there is a 3 week delay in delivery, I am now out a freezer for the next month! This is unacceptable as I now have no place for any of my frozen foods. I have had mixed success working with Best Buy in the past. Despite my reservations, I tried them again and got burned yet another time. Not sure why, but they get the smaller stuff right, but seem to always miss on the bigger items.

So far it's been a great product. Terrific job by the delivery team.

2 Drawers, Shelves instead of racks, the shelves in the door are awesome. No more falling food.
