Now they want $130 just for diagnostics plus parts & labor!! You should expect an appliance to last longer. No more GE. My GE refrigerator only lasted 5 years.

Its a great size and model. All is good, except...! I bought the freezer in store, it was the only one left and it was an open box item that was used by staff to store their drinks. I was assured by the sales people that the freezer/fridge would be cleaned and sanitized before delivery. Not a problem then. The freezer was delivered - delivery team were excellent by the way. I looked inside the freezer and it had not been cleaned. I was not happy. I cleaned and sanitized the freezer. I am very happy with the product but not the service. I am a long time and loyal Best Buy customer and am very surprised by this this as I've never had an issue before. Thank you.

We cannot accept door drop off delivery so I was offered delayed delivery. Having said all that we had two chairs delivered recently and a neighbor had an appliance delivered and installed 10 days ago.

The Turbo freeze button seemed to fix the issue but after a few days, it thawed again - now facing a repair that's half the value of the Freezer. A freezer should last 5 times this long - the last GE product I'll be buying
