    Very satisfied with this item. The whole process went smoothly from the purchase to the delivery. I would not hesitate to purchase another appliance from Best Buy. Great communication via emails with Best Buy and the delivery men were top notch. Bram Wilens was great to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way.

    This was bought to be a garage freezer and it does not disappoint. Turbo freeze gets real cold real quick. Having the temperature showing on the front is a bonus. The door alarm is quick to tell you that the door is open. Great item!

    Great amount of storage and compartments for a garage freezer that stores our precious meat and breastmilk. I really like the lock option and sound activation, so we don't inadvertently leave the door open to spoil these important items!

    Our freezer completely stopped working after only 16 months. We bought this freezer in February 2023 and it broke unexpectedly in June 2024. We did not damage it or expose it to any extreme temperatures.. it simply stopped working one day. Luckily, it sounded an alarm once the temp started rising, so we were able to salvage most of our food. However, I am extremely disappointed in this product. We specifically chose this freezer because it was GE…we wanted a quality freezer that would not crap out on us. And of course, we are just beyond the one-year warranty.. so this is a complete loss. I would not recommend this freezer.

    I am so very happy with my upright freezer. It is everything I was hoping it would be. My son and daughter-in law were so impressed with it that they plan on buying one. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The price was great also.
