The freezer has worked perfectly, and the storage sliding baskets make storage and finding foods extremely easy. We sincerely appreciate Best Buy keeping us updated on the delivery of our product. The delivery was as promised with clean professional personnel.

I have had the freezer for a over a year, the freezer maintains a constant temperature, no problems what so ever, even though it is in my garage here in Pensacola Florida and the garage gets very hot in Summer. Great freezer! Today I will thaw it for the first time.

It ships with the baskets taped in... And now the gasket doesn't seal on the back side, where the baskets were. So, ice builds up along the top and the back wall even though I've had this freezer less than a month. I try to remember to keep the top bins on that same side because it helps some... But then the ice makes the bins get stuck. They do include a scraper with it, so that's good I guess.

Great freezer! My wife loves the 4 trays. I like the LED light. It really lights it up. Great value for the price. I would definitely recommend.

Great size and a lot of depth for storing. Love the 4 baskets. I have 2 on the top level and 2 on the 2nd level with room for storage on the bottom. Only drawback is the freezer does not have adjustable feet which made my incredibly unlevel garage floor challenging. The delivery guys helped to rig up some spacers so the freezer would be level.

Initial impression is top quality. Upon delivery, I let it sit for over a day for everything to settle, then set the thermostat to halfway per the manual and powered on. Plenty of storage and runs very quiet. Internal storage baskets are a big help. At the recommended setting, we are maintaining just below 0 degrees. I’d buy it again.

I reviewed a number of options before settling on this freezer and for what I required, it fit all my criteria. I’ve had it for about 3 weeks and so far everything is working well with the freezer and I’m very pleased with it. I packed 40 lbs of meat (which had been in the freezer for almost 2 1/2 weeks) into a cooler for transport via airline and when I unpacked the meat about 13 hours later, it appeared to be just as frozen as when I first packed it.

I've had it for over a year now and it works great. A little bit of ice forms around the seal sometimes which I think implies a less than perfect seal, but it doesn't seem to cause any real problems. Haven't had any other issues. It does exactly what I need my freezer to do.

Works great and fits perfect where i need it. The door is a little heavy but it keeps the seal good

Seems to be as described in the majority of reviews. The one down side is that the freezer does get a bit frosty where the upper baskets hang. Also, it's important to lower the lid on this unit in a controlled way because otherwise it slams down and that wouldn't be good for it in the long run.

This freezer works great and is pretty darned quiet. We've lost power a few times and the alert light has worked properly every time. Power has not stayed off very long so I can't say how long it will stay cold. I am very happy with this purchase.

Great freezer so far! I really love the temperature warning feature, since we are keeping this in our garage located in Las Vegas. We get temperatures above 110 here! The only thing I’d really complain about is the low number of interior baskets. I am now needing to purchase the extras needed, which are close to $40 each. If I purchase 2 top baskets and 2 bottom baskets, the cost will be close to $160 with taxes and shipping.

Freezer works Amazing and plenty of room inside it. Only issue was when they delivered it, scratched and dented from delivery crew.

I feel wise like my familial elders. They always had a chest freezer and now i do as well. It works great and is very energy efficient. I have lots of stored food. Like an ugly squirrel.

This chest freezer fit perfectly in the space we had for it. We really like the interior baskets for organizing. The audible alarm in case of power outage worked well when the electric went out due to a storm. We are very pleased and should have bought one sooner.

Do NOT buy. We have had it just over two years and it caught fire tonight. Thankfully we were able to put it out while our 6 children ran to the neighbors house. Absolutely terrifying.

Freezer has all the features we required, including an inside LED light to make finding contents easier. The sliding trays are convenient for smaller, frequently used frozen food items. Delivery personnel were professional, safe, and quick.

The new GE Chest freezer is great. Not likely it will last as long as the old one (43 years) but nothing made in this day and age will

We had a smaller freezer, but needed a larger one. This is the perfect size for us! Love the individual baskets that come with it! We can’t wait to fill it up with our processed calf and other meats! ❤️
