The unit works great. The upstairs room has been comfortable since the unit was purchased. I really appreciate the flashing light when the filter needs clean.

Easy set up and installation. This unit is small, but it is very powerful improvise continual AC with dehumidification. Great for a DIY installer. Standard power requirements and plug. Would recommend to a friend.

Doesn’t have my room cold, guess 5000 btu is not enough. The filter is hard to put back in

I gave this AC unit 5 stars because of its quality, features and ease of installation. The unit is a perfect size for a small room and does a nice job of cooling. I like the remote control and digital Temperature display and the ease of installing the side accordion panels.

So far, it works as suggested. It is for a small space, so I can't complain. For the price that I paid its good, and I do like that it comes with a remote. I looked at other small air conditioners and they didn't match this one. Overall good price for a good product.

I like this air conditioner- it is more than I actually need for a small room but when on "eco" it cycles itself on and off and keeps it a good temperature even on those extremely hot and humid days.

Great unit easy to learn functions and will recommend it to a friend.

I like in a fairly crappy apartment it’s ALWAYS hot. It is a small 2bd 1ba apt but this has kept my living room, kitchen and office area cool. If you have more than 200sq foot place I would recommend going up a size.

This was a great purchase for the space I needed to cool down.

The remote is good. It will cool off a medium size bedroom. It is not too loud. But, the dealbreaker is the filter. It slides in from the side and if you have a smaller window that your unit is in, you have to bend the filter a bit to get into the unit. Getting it back into the unit is literally a nightmare. Whatever the plastic piece inside the air conditioner I had to take a very thin nail and poke this plastic piece to shimmy the filter back in. 45 minutes to do this to figure this out? Dealbreaker. I wouldn’t recommend this based on that. I have read that other people have had the same problem. As good as the unit is, I would never buy another GE air conditioner at this point.
