    First unit did not work. Had already paid for installation. Was able to get a new unit shipped from Best Buy within the return window. New unit working well, nice and cool. Recommend testing the operation of the AC before installing.

    Product is great but the delivery was terrible. Even though I paid for delivery and installation, the units were dropped off at the front of the building and I had to haul it to my apartment.

    Ac was pretty cool and works great, makes room cold, only complaint is that it wont go below 64 degrees, which sucks, because i like to be in antarctica.
