    It was working exceptionally good when I first purchased it. But the the second summer towards the end I kept hearing a clicking noise and the air wasn’t as cool.

Regarding your unit not cooling your room enough, we would suggest reviewing the troubleshooting section "Air conditioner does not cool as it should." in your use and care manual on page 14 which can be found on the website. If you find that after troubleshooting you are still having trouble, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty and reaching out to our service team at the phone number here- 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET Saturday – Sunday: Closed, so they make look at your unit.
